You can pick up an organic coffee and lunch from the award winning deli counter, grab your weekly shop, visit the therapy room where the resident therapist will pamper you silly or exercise body and mind in the Yoga and Pilates studio.

Our aim is to provide our customers with a combination of organic produce, the best possible local Yorkshire produce, healthfoods, top quality deli products and sports supplements all under one roof.
