Bread - Howards Bakery & Bondgate Bakery

Delivered fresh every day we boast croissants, bloomers and scones baked by Howards from Harrogate and Bondgate from Otley. Baked using Free-range eggs and sunflower oils / olive oils, there are no additives, preservatives, trans-fatty acids or hydrogenated fats. It's low in fat and low in salt.

Millies is also part of the Real Bread Campaign and has achieved the Gold Standard for our full range which includes White Loaf, Brown Loaf, White Bloomer, Granary Bloomer, White Baguette, Granary Baguette, Malthouse Loaf, Rye Loaf, 100% Rye Loaf, Rustic Baguette, Ciabatta, Olive Ciabatta, Sunflower Seed Teacake, Nutty Farl Teacake, Muesli Bob and 8 Grain Roll.

Fruit & Veg - The Organic Pantry

Our organic fruit and vegetables are delivered twice a week from The Organic Pantry located in Tadcaster. They are seasonal, totally organic and taste brilliant. Try them for yourself from our take-away deli where our chef serves colourful and creative hot dishes every day.

Meat - Tancred Field Farm & Holme Farmed Venison

Tancred Field Farm near Whixley in North Yorkshire produces rare breed beef, pork and lamb. A family farm, Dean and Angela Hullah grow the feed for their animals so they know the animals are eating the very best quality, which in turn produces the finest quality meat.

They have a herd of pedigree Lincoln Red cows, a herd of pigs that include Saddleback and Large White and a flock of sheep containing Hiberian's and Suffolk's.

Holme Farmed Venison produces the finest quality venison which is farmed to the highest standards. The deer are reared naturally, grazing on grass pastures, guaranteeing a beautifully flavoured lean and tender red meat. They supply us with venison haunch joints, mince, burgers, sausages and wild boar sausage.

Dairy - Clever Cow Organics

Thornhill Hall Farm, near Dewsbury is home to the 300 plus milking herd of dairy cattle, and it is their milk, which is pasteurised (but not homogenised) into the Clever Cow brand.
